Very simple to request insurance on our Jetski without having to wait for office hours or speak the anyone as everything was done online. The policy came through the next day once payment had been received. Very easy process.

For reasons at my end, it was a long drawn out process. I was assisted by Jason Hunter who was always available, patient and knowledgeable. What a relief to deal with a local who knew the difference between a barnacle and a binnicle. Once my ducks were all in a row, completion was prompt

Marina costs have been getting so expensive that I decided to move my boat to mooring in the BoI for a while.
My previous insurance company [and others] wouldn't cover my boat on a mooring.
Mariner asked a few relevant questions and approved the move.
Good on them for making a boaty's life easier.

Phone call in the morning and a quote that afternoon. When I went to proceed with the quote and take out the insurance things couldn't have been easier. All online and sorted fast. They even email a copy of the Insurance cover letter to the Marina for me. A++

Almost done online entirely and that is why. But also, and that should not be contradictory, that in my opinion subscribing for a new insurance policy ought to be always done face to face.
Not sending the documents by mail is also part of the note.
And of course the rating above does not apply to the life of the contract, just started...

Our insurance was organised by the dealer who sold us the boat. This meant not providing the same information twice.
We were happy with the cost of insurance.
