We offer a range of ways to experience New Zealand Parliament as a visitor, including a range of in-person guided tours, guided online tours, self-guided outdoor tours, and bespoke tour and catering packages alongside our on-site catering venues.

Kids in the House Tour
This 45 minute tour runs on weekends and during the school holidays and is a fun, interactive, tour designed specifically to engage our younger visitors (5 to 12 years old).

Art and Objects Tour: The Curator's Perspective
Join us for this unique 90 minute exploration of the iconic parliamentary buildings, focussing on the diverse artworks and objects that adorn their walls and spaces. Led by the Curator of the Parliamentary Collection, Natasha Fernandez, this tour is the perfect way to get to know the hidden gems of the collection and see some of Aotearoa's most significant artworks by leading artists, past and present.

Our 90 minute suffrage-themed tour of Parliament celebrates the momentous occasions that have occurred throughout our parliament's history to secure representation and rights for women, and gives an insight into how they came about.

Twilight Tour
Delivered in partnership with Bellamy's by Logan Brown, the Twilight Tour takes visitors through the home of democracy in Aotearoa, and covers the three Parliamentary buildings - Executive Wing (the Beehive), Parliament House, and the Parliamentary Library, sharing stories and history along the way.

Guided Online Tours
This free 60-minute tour delivered via Zoom, with live commentary from one of our expert Visitor Hosts, takes you on a journey through the Beehive, Parliament House, and the Parliamentary Library.

Private Group Tours
We welcome enquiries about private group visits for groups of 10 or more people. Smaller groups are welcome to join our public tours which run regularly throughout the day, 7 days per week.
